Daniel Donlan

Daniel Donlan serves as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Dan has over 18 years of capital markets and net lease industry expertise.

Prior to joining NETSTREIT, Dan was Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Markets at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT) where he led the company’s corporate finance, capital raising and investor relations efforts from its IPO in 2018 through March 2023. Prior to joining Essential Properties, Dan was a Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. where he served as the company’s lead REIT research analyst. Prior to that, Dan held various REIT research roles at Janney Capital Markets and BB&T Capital Markets. 

Dan received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
